Alvina hosts a yearly retreat to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, for serious students who wish a more intensive experience of the yoga practice.

Due to health reasons, Alvina will not be hosting a retreat in 2010. Check back here in early 2011 for information on next year's retreat.

The dates for the summer 2009 retreat were June 18-25.

2009 was the 30th anniversary of the retreat, and the first time Alvina welcomed yoga students since moving to San Miguel.
